MLP-Style Team Pickleball Tournament @ Pickleball Prime 🔥

We're bringing the energy of Major League Pickleball to Long Island for a full team battle format — pool play, playoff brackets, and a Dream Breaker if it comes down to it. This isn't just doubles. This is a team sport. 🏆🔥

Only ONE ticket PER TEAM needs to be purchased. Each team of 4 (2 men + 2 women) competes together across Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles matches.

📋 HOW IT WORKS — THE FORMAT

Each team of 4 consists of 2 men and 2 women. Teams compete in match play where each match consists of 4 games:

1. Men's Doubles

2. Women's Doubles

3. Mixed Doubles (Pair A)

4. Mixed Doubles (Pair B)

All games are played to 11, win by 2 standard scoring. The team that wins more games (3–1 or 4–0) wins the match. If a match ends 2–2, a Dream Breaker tiebreaker decides the winner — first to 21, with rotating servers and a rally scoring format. Each point counts. Every player matters. (This may be adjusted depending on tournament time)

The event runs pool play into a playoff bracket. Top teams from each pool advance to the knockout rounds.

📌 DUPR REQUIREMENTS

This is a DUPR 16 event. Eligibility is based on the individual DUPR rating of each player.

DUPR 16 (max aggregate 16.75)
Maximum individual player DUPR cannot exceed 4.75 to play in DUPR 16

All games will be submitted to DUPR. Every player must have an active DUPR account. NR players will be treated as 3.0 unless otherwise authorized by the tournament director.

Players in violation of DUPR policy or using fraudulent accounts may be disqualified. The tournament director has full authority to penalize, disqualify, or ban players/teams without refund for poor conduct or integrity violations. The tournament director has final say on all eligibility decisions.

💳 REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY

One ticket per team. Refunds for withdrawals on or before 04/26 will be processed in full minus a processing fee. To request a refund, email ethan@wefitlabs.com.

Note: PICKLEPALS will appear as the payment processor on your credit card statement.

🔄 PARTNER / ROSTER REPLACEMENT POLICY

Need to swap a player after registration closes? Contact ethan@wefitlabs.com no later than 6:00 PM, two days before the event. Replacement players must fall within the same DUPR range and be the same gender as the player they are replacing.
